***WARNING*** because these cakes are meant for the local UK market they are immediately stamped with the ambient shelf-life which is 35 days from production. However, these cakes will be frozen immediately after production and will remain that way up until we ship them out of our facility in Canada. Unfortunately this now puts the onus on you to make sure that you apply a new BBD sticker over the existing stamp which highlights the 35 days of ambient life.
Mr Kipling Battenberg Cake features pink and yellow sponge in a checkerboard pattern, wrapped in golden marzipan. A traditional British teatime treat.
